This is a vintage Knoll Pollock Chair, beautifully upholstered in red velour. Several chairs are available in red, with some also available in other colors.
Manufactured and purchased around 1980, these chairs were used in an office setting for several years before being placed in storage. Despite their age, they are generally in excellent condition, showing minimal wear.
Originally designed by Charles Pollock in 1963, the Pollock Executive Chair features innovative “rim technology,” utilizing a single aluminum band around the chair’s perimeter to hold the design together structurally and visually. Sixty years after its introduction, the Pollock Chair continues to exude timeless elegance in any home or office setting.
